Using our free tools

InstantConvert provides free, browser-based image tools — including our converter, compressor and resizer — for your personal and commercial use. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Fair use

Our tools are free, but our servers are not. Please use the service fairly: do not bombard our systems with automated bulk requests, do not try to get around usage limits, and do not do anything that could spoil the service for other users.

Your files

Files you upload are processed automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 1 hour of upload. We keep no history of your files, and we cannot recover them after deletion — so please keep your own copies of anything important.

No accounts required

You do not need an account to use our tools. If you choose to create one, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

What you must not upload

Only upload files you own or have the right to use. Do not upload anything illegal, infringing or harmful — including malware or content that violates someone else’s rights. We may remove files or block access if we believe these terms are being broken.

Service provided as-is

InstantConvert is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep the tools fast and reliable, but we cannot guarantee they will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. If you have questions about these terms, contact us.
