How does billing work?
Plans are subscriptions billed securely through Stripe. You’ll see prices in your own currency — we support GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AUD and INR. You can cancel anytime.
How does the 70% launch discount work?
The first 100 customers get 70% off for the life of their subscription — it’s not a first-month teaser. Once the 100 spots are gone, plans return to their regular prices.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page in one click — no emails, no retention calls. You keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Do I need an account to use the free tools?
No. The free converter, compressor and resizer work with no signup at all: up to 10 files per batch, 5 MB each. A paid plan simply raises those limits.
What do paid plans unlock?
Higher limits across the board — up to 1,000 files per batch and 100 MB per file on Pro — plus bulk ZIP downloads of everything you convert. If you process images regularly, it pays for itself in saved time.
What if something goes wrong with my payment?
Contact us through the contact page and we’ll sort it out directly. Every payment is processed by Stripe, so your card details never touch our servers.
