Is it really free?
Yes — 100% free, as often as you like. No account, no watermarks, no hidden limits. Converting images costs you nothing, ever.
Do I need to sign up?
No. There’s no account, no email required, no login screen. Open the page, drop in your images, and convert.
Which formats can I convert from and to?
You can upload JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF and BMP, and convert to JPG, PNG, WebP or AVIF. The per-file format picker lets you send each image to a different format in a single batch.
Is there a file size or quantity limit?
You can convert up to 10 images at once, with each file up to 5MB — including images imported from a URL. That’s plenty for photos, graphics and web assets.
Will converting reduce my image quality?
Not noticeably. WebP and AVIF files come out up to 50% smaller while looking just as sharp — visually lossless at the default settings. Use the quality slider to fine-tune the balance between size and sharpness yourself.
What happens to my files after conversion?
Your uploads and converted files exist only to process the conversion — they’re automatically deleted within 1 hour. We never sell, share or reuse them for any other purpose.
Can I convert multiple images at once?
Yes. Add up to 10 images in one go, pick a format for each with the per-file format picker, and download everything together as a single ZIP file.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The converter runs entirely in your browser — nothing to download, install or update. It works on desktop and mobile.
