Encrypted transfers

Every connection to InstantConvert is protected with HTTPS (TLS) encryption. Your files travel between your browser and our servers through an encrypted channel, so they cannot be snooped on in transit.

Automated processing — no humans involved

Conversions, compressions and resizes are handled entirely by automated software. No member of our team views, opens or inspects your files. Your images go in, your results come out, and nobody looks in between.

Automatic 1-hour deletion

Uploaded files and converted outputs are permanently deleted from our servers within 1 hour. Deletion is automatic and irreversible — there is no recycle bin, no backup of your files, and no way for us (or anyone else) to retrieve them afterwards.

No file history

We do not keep a log of which files you have converted. Without an account, your usage leaves no lasting trace on our systems; with an account, we store only what is needed to run the service.
